Account Manager


What does that mean you actually do?

As an account manager my main focus is fostering long term productive partnerships with our ever-growing client base.


What is the best part of your job?

I absolutely love the variety, from discussing the initial brief for the event to being a part of every step in delivering the final product. Seeing the end result of all the hard work and many hours that go into creating bespoke solutions on an event by event basis is very rewarding. We have a really close team who are so supportive, and everyone really looks after each other.


Are you a tea or coffee drinker?

Tea or caramel latte please!


What is the funniest thing that’s happened to you onsite?

The team and I were onsite at an event, we had finished quite late only to find we had been locked inside the exhibition! We did manage get out eventually, and still laugh about this now.


Tell me about your biggest challenge in setting up a show?

All plans are thoroughly thought out and we endeavour to account for all eventualities, but there is a largely unpredictable side to events! One of the main challenges is having versatility onsite to adapt to any obstacles that might come your way. I think this is where our team work really shines through.
